U.S. Air Force Maj. Felix Islas, 455th Expeditionary Medical Operations Squadron physical therapy element chief, performs a technique on a Service member’s neck at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Jan. 30, 2014. Islas enlisted in the Navy Reserves in 1984, and then joined the Army Reserves before joining the Air Force in 2009.
