Senior Airman David Umeno, 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron postal specialist, takes inventory of a storage trunk being shipped back to the United States from Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Jan. 8, 2014. Inventory is taken daily of all incoming and outgoing packages to ensure the mail reaches the correct destination and isn’t misplaced. The post office employs 16 Airmen and processes nearly 866 packages and letters of incoming and outgoing mail each day. Umeno is an Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, native deployed from Ramstein, Germany.
