Staff Sgt. Xaviour Campbell, a 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron lease vehicle management journeyman, provides vehicle control officer training to newly appointed VCOs at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Jan. 8, 2014. Vehicle control officers are appointed by unit commanders to be the focal point concerning assets and acts as the liaison between the unit and vehicle management.
