Dry Rations
Senior Airman Terry Doane, a 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron rations team member, verifies the correct amount of beverages received at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia, Nov. 13, 2013. The ration's staff consists of military and civilian personnel who provide quality control, place orders, receive shipments and maintain the base's food and beverage inventory valued a nearly $3.6 million a month. Doane works on the dry foods side of the warehouse and is currently deployed from the Dover Air Force Base, Del., and originally from Seward, Alaska.
