Behind the scenes: Hydraulics provides ‘muscle’ for KC-135 ops
Senior Airman Wil Parker operates a hydraulic test stand to pressurize a hose at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia, Oct. 15, 2013. Beyond support to KC-135 Stratotankers, the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron hydraulics section supports other weapon systems here by testing and fabricating hydraulic hoses. Parker is a 379th EMXS hydraulics section technician deployed from Kadena Air Base, Japan, and hails from Merritt Island, Fla. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Bahja J. Jones)
