U.S. Air Force Senior Airman David Muncean-Deafenbaugh, uses hand signals to tell co-workers if the outer skin is being raised evenly. The skin was pulled into place by a vehicle inside the hangar, hand signals are the main way of communication between the engineers during this process. Muncean-Deafenbaugh is native to Ft.
