Building bombs, saving lives
Airman 1st Class Matthew Carlson places an aerosurface assembly on a laser joint directed attack munition during a bomb build at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia, Sept. 2, 2013. The aerosurface assembly provides aerodynamic lift, maneuverability and other necessary flight characteristics.
