U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Andrew Tucker, 557th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron pavement and construction apprentice, Uses a magnesium float to level out freshly laid concrete to the second floor of a building at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Aug. 1, 2013. The concrete is leveled and smoothed out shortly after being poured, ensuring no dips or bulges are present when it dries.
