U.S. military hosts NEO exercise
Participants of a Noncombatant Evacuation Operations exercise process through the evacuation center, Dec. 6, 2014, at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. In the event of an evacuation of military dependents and non-essential DoD employees, the U.S. Army is tasked with its planning and execution. These types of exercises are used as a tool to assess and validate the procedures by which the Army fulfills that obligation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Kia Atkins)
