U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Wong Ly, 85th Engineering and Installation Squadron cable and antenna technician, utilizes a cable comb to untangle and separate network cables as part of a rewiring project Jan. 28, 2015 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan.
