U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. William Reibsome, 455th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft maintainer, performs a routine check on a jet May 3, 2015, at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Reibsome, who is part of the “1000s of Hands” project, is responsible for keeping the jets flying by doing repairs, running tests, changing tires and when needed responding to in-flight and ground emergencies.
