William “Willy” Reibsome III, 455th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron wheel and tire noncommissioned officer in charge, cleans and inspects an F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft wheel at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Aug. 2, 2015.
