French AF hosts parade to honor WWI pilot
Col. Pascal Sotty, 609th Combined Air and Operations Center French Air Force Detachment senior officer, presents the French National Defense medal to Lt. Col. David Haworth, Combined Air Operations Center chief of current of operations division, at the French National Day Parade September 14, 2015 at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The parade was the commemoration of the death of WWI French pilot Capt. Georges Guynemer, in Polkapelle, on September 11th, 1917.
