Brig. Gen. Darren James, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing commander provides opening remarks at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the first multi-use hangar at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar Nov. 6. The multi-use hanger will serve as protection from the elements for several planes on base. Both service members and contractors witnessed the unveiling of this facility.
