Dustin Hindel, U.S. Air Force’s Central Financial Management Directorate deputy disbursing officer, listens as an airman asks a question during an airman mentoring session at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar Nov. 25. The session featured 35 SNCOs sharing career guidance with 26 airmen.
