Providing Some Mentorship
Master Sgt. Ismail Taylor-Kamara, 340th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron first sergeant, listens as an airman asks a question during a speed-mentoring session at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar Nov. 25. The session featured 35 senior noncommissioned officers sharing career guidance with 26 airmen.
