A 3-6 Heavy Cavalry Regiment soldier deployed from Fort Bliss, Texas sits inside an Apache helicopter at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar Dec. 13. Two Apache helicopters were delivered to AUAB by a C-17 Globemaster III, which is deployed from the 62nd Airlift Wing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.
