Col. Stuart Newberry, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing vice commander, hits a golf ball into the screen of the high definition golf simulator inside the Blatchford Preston Complex Community Activity Center at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Jan. 16. Newberry, an avid golfer, said the simulator’s graphics were amazing. The simulator offers practice and competition modes, as well as one-on-one instruction from a virtual golf coach.
