The sword and shield of air superiority
Airmen from the 380th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron introduced a group of Army 3rd Battalion 2nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment Soldiers May 17 to an F-15 Strike Eagle to exchange information on air defense capabilities. The 380th Air Expeditionary Wing relies on Soldiers to ready and maintain Patriot missiles, so the visit augmented understanding of how the Army and Air Force work in tandem to maintain air superiority.
