Food services feed the fight
Senior Airman Monae Thomas, 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron service journeyman, puts a pan through the pot wash to test the temperature of the water as part of the unit’s weekly internal public health inspection at the Independence Dining Facility Sept. 20, 2016, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. There are three main dining facilities here: the Independence, Manhattan and the Blatchford-Preston DFACs.
