379th EMOS surgical field team maintains and sustains joint operability
A Joint Service Achievement Medal is pinned on the uniform of one of ten mobile field surgical team Airmen assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Medical Operations Squadron to earn the award Nov. 2, 2016, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The Joint Service Achievement Medal is awarded in the name of the secretary of defense to members of the armed forces of the United States below the grade of O-6 who, while assigned to a joint activity, distinguish themselves by outstanding achievement or meritorious service.
