Dirt Boys break records, build up capabilities

Michael Hidalgo, a heavy equipment and constructions journeyman with the 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Pavements and Equipment Flight, smooths out wet concrete at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Feb. 21, 2017.
