A sign marks an excavation area on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Contractors at BAF are currently placing new waterlines. The 455th Air Expeditionary Wing Safety Office teamed up with the contractors and the 455th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron to review safety measures and techniques for an such an environment.
