AAF Celebrates 97th Anniversary
KABUL AIR WING, Afghanistan (August 26, 2018) -- Afghan Air Force Brig. Gen. The Afghan Air Force has come a long way in 97 years. This year alone they conducted combat air drops to support troops fighting the Taliban, they introduced the UH-60 Blackhawk into the fleet and the newly graduated pilots included two women.
