Air Force top leaders thank AUAB Airmen
U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein answers questions during a base-wide “all call” at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Dec. 19, 2018. During the all call, Goldfein discussed his leadership team’s efforts to reduce the number of Air Force Instructions (AFIs) in existence while also limiting computer based training requirements to those that make the force more lethal and capable. According to Goldfein, the previous number of AFIs in existence was approximately 1,300; a number that has been nearly cut in half and is still dropping. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
