Christopher Grismore, 380th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron production superintendent, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates Nov. 17, 2019. Grismore’s accomplishments include managing 54 members, 872 maintenance actions and 19,700 dispatches while supporting seven aircraft, 4,000 combat missions and 3,400 sorties.
