U.S. Airmen assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron (ECES) repair damaged concrete with rapid-setting cement during a Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) exercise at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 20, 2020.
