Al Udeid AB coalition forces complete 18.6-mile Norwegian foot march
U.S. and coalition military members ruck together during the traditional 30-kilometer (18.6-mile) Norwegian foot march event. The tradition began in 1915, 10 years after Norway gained its independence from Sweden and has become a rite of passage for all Norwegian military members. They joined nearly 120 other coalition members, including Americans, Australians, New Zealanders, British and Canadians who participated in the march under the supervision of Norwegian armed forces Capt. Magne Rambo, deployed to Al Udeid AB as part of the U.S. Central Command Partner Integration Enterprise. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Kayla White)
