Airmen assigned to the 386th Expeditionary Medical Group transport a simulated patient to a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk during a mass casualty exercise at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Nov. 10, 2021. Members of the 386th EMDG and U.S. Army 40th Combat Aviation Brigade practiced medical response and casualty evacuation.
