Team ADAB unites with crossfit

Members of the U.S. Army's 1st Batallion, 44th Regiment Air Defense Artillery out of Fort Hood, Texas and deployed to Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates, enjoyed a CrossFit physical fitness session here on December 8, 2021. The session, coached by U.S. Air Force Capt. Ari Niro, commander of the 380th Expeditionary Communications Flight, also deployed here, provided a unique and light-hearted opportunity for the Air Force and Army to work together in the joint environment.
