380th ECES receives new leadership

Colonel Todd T. Inouye, the previous 380th Expeditionary Mission Support Group commander and new 380th Air Expeditionary Wing A1/4/6/7 staff director, passes a guidon to Lt. Col. Nick Saccone, the new commander of the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, during a change of command ceremony May 20, 2022, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. The passing of the guidon symbolizes the official transfer of authority from one commander to the next.
