378th ECES receives new commander
U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Jeremy Lock, the incoming 378th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron commander and Lt. Col. Jeffrey Hughes, outgoing 378th ECES commander listen to remarks delivered by Brig. Gen. William Betts during the 378th ECES change of command ceremony, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, July 19, 2022. During the ceremony Betts presented Hughes with a Meritorious Service Medal, and welcomed Lock into his new role as the 378th ECES commander.
