380th EOD competes in skills challenge
A remotely controlled Andros F6 robot is positioned to drop a ping pong ball through the top of a traffic cone, as part of an obstacle course September 8, 2022, at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. The obstacle course forced EOD teams to work together as an operator, spotter and robot to avoid simulated unexploded ordinance, improvised explosive devices, and trip lines while completing various tasks, such as opening locked doors with keys, opening vessels and scouting out hidden items.
