U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. John Hines, 386th Expeditionary Communications Squadron cable and antenna systems NCOIC, coordinates with a teammate at another manhole in order to determine when to pull new cable through at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Nov. 3, 2022. Hundreds of feet of new cable had to be rerouted in order to maximize new construction space while maintaining communication capabilities for multiple geographically separated units.
