U.S. Airmen from the 378th Expeditionary Medical Squadron (EMDS) speak with a local hospital worker outside an ambulance during Operation Agile Spartan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Aug.22, 2023. The visit was part of a familiarization tour to identify the medical capabilities of local area hospitals within the exercise area. Agile Spartan 23.2 is a multinational operation aimed at strengthening interoperability, improving response capabilities, and furthering security cooperation initiatives throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
