AFCENT deploys AMC C-17s to enhance humanitarian airdrops into Gaza
A U.S. Air Force loadmaster inspects humanitarian aid destined for Gaza on a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to Air Mobility Command at an undisclosed location within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, March 13, 2024. U.S. Air Forces Central requested additional airdrop-qualified C-17 aircrews from Joint Base Charleston to further enhance airdrop efforts to deliver humanitarian aid into Gaza.
