Chief Master Sgt. Rory Wicks, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing command chief, poses with Lt. Col Thomas Segars and Chief Master Sgt. Air Force Airman 1st Class Harvey Cooper, an ECC dispatcher deployed to the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, checks one of his many checklists as he sits in the Emergency Communications Center at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The ECC dispatches fire, medical, and police response forces depending upon the emergency communicated during the 911 call.
