Fuels Management Opens their Home to the 386th AEW

Terry Toulou, 386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Fuels Ramp/Storage section chief, explains the four elements (R-18, 19, 20, and 21) of the Fuels Operational Readiness Capability Equipment during an Open House March 21, 2010 hosted by the Fuels Management Flight here at an air base in Southwest Asia. FORCE, which first came here in 2005, increases the flight’s issue, receipt and transfer capabilities with newer-design pumps, fiters and servicing platforms.
