Staff Sgt. Valerie Kalkwarf, an emergency management journeyman from the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, holds a map cordon overlay for the 2011 Dubai Airshow Nov. 12, 2011. The overlays identify predetermined cordon areas of 500, 1,000 and 2,000 feet that can be used if an incident occurs during the event.
