  • 332nd AEW observes police week downrange

    The 332nd Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron organized several events in honor of Police Week. Peace Officers Memorial Day and Police Week pays tribute to local, state and federal peace officers who died or became disabled in the line of duty. Peace Officers Memorial Day is observed May 15 every year with Police Week taking place the same calendar week of the memorial.

  • Red Tails welcome new maintenance squadron

    A new maintenance squadron arrived at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, replacing the team that deployed from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. The squadron will be supporting the 494th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron with their F-15E Strike Eagles. The 494th EFS and 332nd Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron are both deployed from Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
  • 332nd AEW vice commander takes last flight

    Col. Shane Steinke, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing vice commander, completes his final flight May 7, 2018, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Steinke flew in an F-15E Strike Eagle with Brig. Gen. Kyle Robinson, 332nd AEW commander. Steinke will be retiring in June 2018 after returning to his home station at the Pentagon.
