The Airmen of the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing had the chance to compete in the wing’s first Commander’s Innovation Challenge, Sept. 28, 2018, and win various prizes including a model P-51 Mustang and a plaque that will travel from squadron to winning squadron at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Contestants submitted ideas that would enhance combat capability, improve readiness, save time or money, or improve safety or quality of life for not just the wing, but the Air Force as a whole.Twenty-two ideas were submitted for the innovation challenge and only five were chosen to present live in front of wing leadership.
