GIs Teach Farming in Afghanistan

In 2008 when the Dashtak Demonstration Farm began this area in the Panjshir Providence was a baron hillside, and through the teachings of members from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Agri-Business Development Team the soil is now producing seasonal harvests. The Dashtak Demonstration Farm is currently producing corn, horse radish, egg plants, soy beans, and alfalfa which is used to feed the workers along with needy families and livestock.
